Kangbai Nian is an OEM ODM manufacturer for Southeast Asia brands, with additional production and export support for customers in other regions. Our primary focus is Southeast Asia because it is close to our manufacturing base in Quanzhou, China, which keeps communication, sampling, freight and project follow-up more efficient.

At the same time, we can support selected projects for the Middle East, South Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Europe and North America when the product category, compliance path and shipping plan are a good fit.

Production takes place in China. For markets outside China, the local importer, distributor or responsible company handles market registration and import compliance; we prepare the factory-side formula, quality and export documents required for the project.

Countries We Support Beyond Southeast Asia

We do not limit the business to Southeast Asia. For buyers outside the region, we evaluate the project before quoting: product format, target claims, packaging, destination, local registration route and the documents the importer needs. If the project fits our manufacturing scope, we can produce in China and coordinate export documentation for the destination market.

We do not claim to be a locally registered factory in every market. International projects are handled through the buyer’s local importer, distributor or registration partner, with factory-side support from our team.

Certifications and Quality Support

Our manufacturing group operates six production bases covering more than 20,000 square metres, including Class 100,000 purification workshops. The manufacturing entity holds ISO 22716 and US FDA CFSAN Cosmetic GMP certificates issued by SGS-CSTC. Halal status Our Halal certification is currently in progress. Until the certificate is issued, we describe our position as Halal-compliance support, not Halal certified. See the Halal OEM page for the current position and document process.

MOQ, Sampling and Lead Time

Samples Standard-formula samples are typically prepared in 7–15 working days; custom samples depend on testing requirements.
MOQ MOQ depends on formula, packaging and fill size. Current product pages state the minimum order for each format.
Bulk production Standard bulk production is typically 30–45 working days; custom formulas are usually 45–60 working days from approval.
Export timing Export timing depends on destination, shipping method and customs clearance. We confirm the logistics plan before production.
