Factory Credentials You Can Verify
Our manufacturing group operates six production bases covering more than 20,000 square metres, with Class 100,000 purification workshops and more than 21 years of industry experience. The group has a library of more than 3,000 formulas and has served more than 1,000 brand clients.
The manufacturing entity holds ISO 22716 and US FDA CFSAN Cosmetic GMP certificates issued by SGS-CSTC. The certificates are held by our group manufacturing company, Zhongai (Quanzhou) Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and can be verified through the SGS QR code. Halal, NPRA and Local Registration
Halal is a core requirement in the Malaysian market. Our Halal certification is currently in progress. Until the certificate is issued, we describe our position as Halal-compliance support: segregated materials and production controls, documented cleaning procedures, raw-material declarations and audit preparation. We do not claim to be Halal certified before the certificate is issued.
NPRA notification is submitted by your local responsible company or appointed notifier. We prepare the factory-side technical file, including formula information, ingredient documentation, specifications, stability and safety data, batch test reports and certificates of analysis. MOQ, Sampling and Lead Time
For Malaysian launches, standard liquid wash and care oil start from 500 kg, foam wash and gel from 5,000 units, and standard samples normally take 7–15 working days. Bulk production runs 30–45 working days after sample approval; custom formulas usually take 45–60. Final MOQ is confirmed after packaging and notifier requirements are clear.

A Kuala Lumpur feminine care brand came to us after NPRA rejected its liquid wash twice because of incomplete stability data and inconsistent formula documentation. The NPRA file and Halal application had also been submitted through separate consultants with mismatched ingredient information.
